- Respond and assist in any guest service issues
- Can open and close the store appropriately and efficiently
- Is a leader in the kitchen while the CL is on the floor
- Leads the store while the Community Leader (CL) is off
- Submits the food and paper orders
- Understands and can assist with inventory
- Understand how to manage labor and create the weekly schedule accordingly
- Understand how to manage the cost of goods
- Knows how to handle a health inspection
- Assist the CL with interviewing and hiring decisions, as well as performance conversations
- Will learn every position in the kitchen well enough to be able to train new team members
- Will help develop the next level of leadership
- Able to communicate effectively with the leadership team, guests, and team members
- English reading, writing, math, and computer skills required
- Ability to taste and evaluate all food and beverage products
- Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
- Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts, and strains
- Must be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend, and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout the shift
- Ability to use hands in using office equipment, including the computer system
- Ability to talk and hear to conduct phone correspondence
- Close vision and focus capabilities to view computer screens and company documents
- Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds at times
- Ability to be on feet for up to eight (8) hours a day
- Ability to work around loud noises and in a fast-paced environment
- A minimum of 1 year of experience leading and developing a team
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
- Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership
- Store hours: Mon - Fri 7 am to 2 pm, Sat-Sun 7 am to 3 pm
